Characteristic

_Swashplate Axial Plunger Variable Pump for Closed Loop Hydrostatic Transmission

_Flow rate is proportional to driving speed and displacement and can be variable steplessly.

_The flow rate increases from zero to its maximum with the swashplate swing angle.

_The liquid flow direction can be changed smoothly by making the swashplate swing over the middle.

_Variable modes that are easily matched with various control and regulation systems;

The pump is equipped with two relief valves at the high pressure oil side to protect the hydrostatic transmission (pump and motor) from overloading.

High pressure relief valve also has the function of filling valve.

_Built-in auxiliary pumps are used as refueling pumps and control pumps.

_The maximum filling pressure is limited by a built-in filling relief valve.

_Full series with built-in pressure shut-off valves;

 


Safety instructions

- A4VG pump is designed for use in closed circuit.

- The project planning, installation and commissioning of the axial piston unit must be carried out by qualified personnel.

- Before using the axial plunger unit, please read the corresponding manual completely. If necessary, you can get it from Bosch Rexroth.

- During and shortly after operation, there may be a risk of burning of the axial piston unit (especially the electromagnet). Appropriate safety measures (such as wearing protective clothing) should be taken.

- The characteristics of the axial plunger unit may vary with different working conditions (working pressure, oil temperature).

- Work pipeline oil outlet:

· Oil nozzles and fixed threads are designed for maximum specified pressure. Machine or system manufacturers must ensure that the safety factor of connecting components and pipes meets the specified working conditions (pressure, flow, hydraulic oil, temperature).

· Work pipeline nozzles and functional nozzles are only used in hydraulic pipelines.

- The data and instructions contained here must be followed.

- The product cannot be approved as a component that follows the general mechanical safety concept of ISO 13849.

- The following tightening torque is used:

· Connector:

Refer to manufacturer's instructions for tightening torque of the joints used.

· Install bolts:

For installation bolts with ISO metric threads in accordance with DIN 13 standard and with ASME B1.1 standard threads, we recommend that the tightening torque of each box be checked according to VDI 2230.

· Thread holes in the axial plunger unit:

The maximum allowable tightening torque MG Max is the maximum value for the internal threaded holes and shall not exceed that value.
